The cellar

We supervise the transformation of grapes into wine with expertise and respect for the vintage. We use stainless steel barrels and wooden storage-jars to contribute to the development of its natural wine character.
The unique location facilitates this process and makes the wine full-bodied and elegant with a stimulating mineral character.
These characteristics are the basis of the wine making-process that occurs mostly in stainless steel barrels. We employ the wooden storage-jars in order to permit the natural wine character to develop and to remain unadulterated. Nevertheless we allow the wine to ripen from five to eight months in their yeasts.
Thanks to a careful wine making-process the wines have an excellent ageing potential.
