In spring our distillery will release its new treasures and they reflect the year’s course 2021 too. It is worth to rediscover our liquors also under this aspect.
This year our distillates from the distillery get a new dress with the word pictures of Charlotte Aurich.
The colours chosen in the collages and painted pictures refer to the aromas of the grape marc and fruit. Let the word pictures inspire you to experience the brandies‘ smell and taste in a new way!

Through our passion for the cultivation of the Cornus mas (Cornelian cherry) we produce particular and fruit-flavored spirits, delicious jam and cordial.
Spirits and fruit brandies are produced from our own grapes, as well as from a large variety of mostly homegrown fruit and wild fruit.
The unique fruit flavor and softness of our spirits and fruit brandies are the result of fresh grape pomace, ripe fruits and a careful distillation process.
Since 2019 our distillery presents the new series brenn.kunst.
Here the handcraft transformation of fruits in liquor is combined with artistic works realized by our family.
The pictures on the labels of our products, which change every year, are inspiring and guarantee a stimulating variability. The naturally limited amounts of fruits imply also a limited production.
In 2019 this series is widened by an apple brandy from biologic apples of the Val Venosta matured on the tree. A delicate fragrance and a fabulous elegance. The second highlight of this series is a brandy derived from our cornel cherries. Unlike the cornel cherries liquor, for the brandies we distillate the alcohol from the fermented fruit. With this technique the particular aroma of this fruit is concentrated on a really small yield. Pure authenticity and a real treat, drop after drop.
Since last year our distillery surprises also with the sweet temptation of the cornelian cherry. We offer you a liquor with the delicious juice of our cornelian cherry and only 16 % of alcohol.
Moreover, in 2016 several liquors of ours were rewarded with Gold Medals at the international Liquor competition „DESTILLATA“. We are particularly proud to announce that our distillery has been chosen to enter the “Circle of elected” distilleries of DESTILLATA 2016 – getting under the best 12 out of more than 120 participating distilleries from 11 nations!
